What We’re Looking For:

Good communication and reliability

Experience in care (preferred, but not always essential for Care Assistants — we offer training!)

A Level 3 qualification or equivalent for Team Leaders (or willingness to work toward it)

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred for community roles)
